It is with great pleasure that we can announce today some exciting developments happening with our practice.
From 1st January, 2008 Warburtons will merge with Barton van Aanholt, another longstanding Chartered Accounting practice here in Tamworth.
The new firm will continue to operate as Warburtons Chartered Accountants and Margaret van Aanholt will join Brian Wall & Mark O'Connor as the principals to the practice.Ted Barton will continue to practice and service his clients alongside the merged firm.
Brian & Mark have had a long association with Marg & Ted over the years, and the merger provides both firms with the combined resources and infrastructure to expand on our high level of professional services. The merged firm will also mean access by all clients to a larger team of professional accountants with a healthy balance of youth and experience.
The coming together also provides us with the opportunity to streamline our operations with a full review of our systems, and the implementation of the latest and most advanced tax, accounting, audit and practice management technologies.
At the same time we will also relocate premises to bring us all together and to provide for future growth. We're not moving very far (only across the road in fact) as our new offices will comprise the first floor of the building previously occupied by "Curves" at 22-24 Bourke Street. Our phone numbers and email addresses will all remain the same.
In the meantime we take this opportunity to wish you and your families a very safe and happy holiday season and we look forward to a very prosperous 2008 with you.
With kind regards,
Brian & Mark
